Post Body

Hey there! I've been here a few times before, but now I'm working as a sub in Ohio while I try to find a full time education job. I am about three weeks in, but I'm running into the same problem no matter where I go, no matter what age group I teach; kids run all over me. No amounts of threats, punishments, taking things away, patience, nothing I'm trying seems to help. I'm just sitting in this teachers lounge trying not to cry because no matter what I do, I literally walked into this second grade class and they immediately went buck wild.
