I stood up for myself.
Post Body
My principal tried to violate my contract and tried to have me make lesson plans for a teacher on leave. I was able to speak to my union rep who told me I did not have to even though the principal tried to make it seem like it was my job. I feel validated. She tried to back pedal after I complained. She legit was gaslighting me saying that she never told me to do that. So moral of the story if you have a contract and union use it
