Any one else getting more information from social media than your administration?
I was asked to fill out a meet the teacher slide and letter for orientation. Which is all online through zoom for 1-5. I teach a self contained special education classroom. I filled everything out under the impression I was having online orientation with my kids. Which is odd because special education is supposedly all face to face when we start back.
Now the school is posting on Facebook that special education classrooms are having face to face orientation! I no longer have any idea what is going on. Why am I getting more information from Facebook?!
I have emailed my principal and vice principal, but it's after hours so I can only wait.
Edit/update: I got a response back quickly, thankfully I haven't been moved so everything I've been working on is still good. Just wish I hadn't have had to question what my position would be.
