This morning I checked my work email. My principal resigned. At the end of the last school year the vice principal resigned. The during the school board work session it was stated that f2f teachers would: Have to provide their own ppe and any cleaning and sanitizing products Including hand sanitizer. F2f teachers will be teaching most if not all of the specials, in their own classroom. Lunch will be boxed and in the classroom.

My principal resigned because she doesn't feel safe sending her own kids back to school and prioritized her family (probably for the first time and I'm proud she did). I had volunteered to teach f2f because I'm an ese teacher and I know my students will need me in person but now I'm freaking out. At least with my now former principal I knew where I stood and what to expect. Now I have no idea when or if we'll have a principal this year!
