I've been teaching at my 4th school and i'm on my 5th year teaching. I did post here a while ago about students knocking on my windows after school and on the weekends. now my students dont listen to me, respect me and are adding me on social media and sending me messages on facebook at night. i've tried disciplining them in my classroom to no avail. my administrator only knows about the window knocking and not about the other things since they just happened this last weekend. i've also been having really bad boughts of depression and anxiety (worse than normal which has intensified this last year). idk what to do. i'm afraid to talk to my administrator because i've asked for help before and all i got was basically "deal with it" i cant keep going on like this. i would also really like some support. i feel like i'm a joke and a loser
