Need some advice
Post Body
Okay I've been teaching at my former high school part time for the last two years. It's been great to hone in on some weaknesses I've had as a teacher although only finishing my third year of teaching. This past year I applied to a fulltime spot since one teacher retired but they passed on me for someone with a "community expert" license? I didn't even know that was a thing. Now that position should have been posted again but it hasn't and I'm getting super anxious and paranoid that my principal doesn't want me to work at this school anymore. I'm just looking for some advice and support because I feel like I'm an awful teacher.
