Post Body

I am a history teacher and I am creating an elective next year on Greek History, Mythology and Philosophy. I always see articles and here stories about students being lazy and having no ability to write. I know I am no longer an English teacher and I have no interest in teaching English ever again (I taught 9th grade English last year and hated it), but has anyone ever done an intensive writing course or unit or training in their unit to improve students writing and critical thinking skills or at least try to? I am looking to see what is possible.
