I was a tutor (working for a company) for roughly 5 years before I entered the youth working sector. I love my current youth work job, but want to start a business in addition to the 9-5.
I have plenty of experience as a tutor, having worked 6 years as a music teacher and then 5 years as a tutor in high school subjects. However, I was wondering if itโs feasible to hire others to tutor for me, whilst I work in the background (scheduling, finance ect). I would want to aim to do it this way from the beginning - even if this means my profit margins are very low to begin with. In my view, the main struggle would be attaining clientele and keeping employees happy.
How would yaโll tackle a similar endeavour.
Is it even feasible to hire employees right from the beginning - with little capital?
What are some likely challenges I may face other than finding initial clientele
