Does anyone else hate the summer?

Post Body

School provides me with structure. I thrive off of a daily schedule. It makes me feel accomplished. As much as I say I don’t want to work anymore, I love having responsibilities and being with a community of people every day. If I’m at home, all I do is scroll. Sometimes I’ll go for walks, run errands, or shop, but there’s only so much of that you can do. I get so bored in the summer. I’m sick of social media and being on my phone and computer.

This is the first summer I chose not to work. I don’t regret it but I just wish I had more fun things to do. I hate not being productive. There’s only so much relaxing and laying around I can do.

I’m not really looking for advice but does anyone else not like the summers?

My sleep schedule gets utterly broken in the summer. I'm a night owl and I need the structure to keep a normal schedule. It's not great right now 😬
