Post Body

Hello all! I have a quick question for more experienced teachers in this sub.

When do you suppose most schools begin the hiring process, or is it more of a toss-up? I am currently in my final student teaching semester and am wondering if the process is going to ramp us soon.

Also, do most schools like to hire fresh faces out of college?
