I posted a while ago but I have a teacher who hangs out in my room and basically is critiquing everything I do. Well, I went to the union and basically nothing happened. She still in there. She just been silent and giving me the cold shoulder now every now and again, she corrects me if I’m doing something wrong And then remind me I’ll get in trouble if I do something it’s getting to the point where I feel like she’s using it to undermine me cause she’s doing it in front of the students. I’m looking for ways to fuck with me and I’m tired of it. I’m a first year teacher, and I’ve been drowning for months, teaching a subject that I’m not certified to teach, because that was all the district offered me, dealing with classroom support from admin and now I’ve got colleagues playing games behind my back while I’ve had enough. Frankly, at this point I am planning on quitting this is too much not what I signed up for
