Hello Everyone! I am a former teacher and quit my first teaching job after two years only. I am trying to go back to school as a counselor, but I fear whether I will deal with the same overwhelming experience from leadership and students.
While I understand thereโs a looooot of factors that needs to be worked on to improve the education system, classroom management is definitely out of control now and most parents blame the teachers, never questioning their kids behavior.
