Cancel Eras Tour Movie in sureseats but how?

I have purchased tickets in sureseats using credit card and would like to cancel and refund them. I know there was a prompt that i can cancel it 3hrs before the screening time, but how?? I never signed up in sureseats, I purchased the tickets as guest. And when I try to register my account in sureseats, it required me an activation code via SMS but havent received any.
Do I have to cancel it personally in the Cinemas where supposedly im scheduled to watch it? Help.
