I never see it on top songs of people and I don’t understand why, I love it so much, it’s not boring, it builds into something interesting. The bridge is catchy. It’s in my top 3.
The chorus is probably not the best, but the song overall is very decent.
My fav parts:
„You left your typewriter at my apartment Straight from the tortured poets department I think some things I never say Like, "Who uses typewriters anyway?"
„I laughed in your face and said "You're not Dylan Thomas, I'm not Patti Smith This ain't the Chelsea Hotel, we're modern idiots"
AND THE BRIDGE. The song is so witty also, she’s basically trolling him. For some reason I imagine Amsterdam and the hipster culture that this city is full of.
Do you like this song? If it’s not your top, can you please explain why?
Wowww it’s so cool 😠I am not Patti Smith (unfortunately)
Yep I was also confused with songs order but after a few weeks of listening I leaned to accept it ðŸ˜
That’s a new perspective for me. Manipulative relationship. Thank you
Yes it’s true that it seems too long

Oh it’s interesting, I think the part about cringe is intentional, she wanted to troll him and the culture. I also see this cringe
