I’d probably go with:

Is It Over Now? (still baffled that 1989 TV got no music videos but hopefully we get one for Reputation TV)

august (I can’t explain how much I’m in need of a “august summer / folklore vibes” music video for that track…

loml (that’s my fave from TTPD. Although I’d be equally happy for a second music video for any track, just to have more of the TTPD aesthetics.)

Honorable mentions:

Cruel Summer (I’m still surprised she didn’t make one for it after such global success. Maybe it was too late to go back to an era without having the need to re-record?)

Getaway Car (I haven’t a been huge fan of this track as the rest of the fans but I absolutely get the iconic feeling for a potential music video for it)
