I cannot for the life of my get tautulli to work outside the network.

I switched my server to a different network (long story) so I have to reconfigure tautulli to access it remotely. I have the server bound to a static IP, and I am port fowarding port 8181, yet no dice.

when I go to x.x.x.x:8181, it says the site cannot be reached. I looked through them myself and they don't appear to be of any help, because when I try to launch Tautulli, it never starts...

This is driving me crazy, please help! I'm sorry if this is a repeat post, I searched here and the FAQ but I can't find any posts that have helped me.

edit: I also made sure to allow tautulli and port 8181 through windows firewall.
