Need help with a colour scheme

I've been struggling with painting my Tau. The idea I had was a T'olku sept honour guard for my ethereal and I wanted something bright and bold that stood out (even though Tau often use camouflaged armor).

I had initially thought about green, although since the sept colour was already green I wanted something to better contrast it. I've been looking at several inspirations from Transformers to Gundam and many more and I keep flip-floping between a military green and industrial/firey orange.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
