I’m debating on getting this covered or redone I could others opinions

So this is my first tattoo I got it back on February 15th and I loved it. About a month or so later all the white washes out and it a lot of the mistakes start showing themselves while I love my tat I’m unhappy with the quality and I’m at odds with covering it or finding someone who will redo it
