Can I remove just the lettering on this?

I was really drunk in 2012 and thought it would be stop idea to get this lettering backwards so that I could read it in the mirror.
I got the rest of it done a year or so later to try and live with it.
Love the rest of the tattoo but still hate the lettering. Do you think a technician would be able to target the lettering without disrupting the rest of the tattoo?
