First time posting in this subreddit, so please forgive me if I do something wrong here. (Also please dont delete me bot, Ive been on reddit for like 7 months, I just dont post much).
I (34m) am a survivor of SA. I wanted to get a tattoo of medusa potentially genderbent to kinda work through that with some ink therapy. As a man, though, I also understand how deeply medusa is and was a symbol of female survivors and I don't know if I want to infringe on that space. Not out of a lack of feeling deserving, but more out of respect for their experiences and survival. Does anyone have any ideas or advice on what I could look into as an alternate design? Thanks in advance.
