For quick background context I just started an apprenticeship and I've been drawing for a while. Not so much the concern here.
I'm retired military and using my GI bill to do some classes and having the BAH (housing allowance) float me through until I start getting paid. My current degree is finished next month (unrelated to art) and I'm looking for suggestions for art programs that would be a good supplement to the apprenticeship.
I really like B&G realism and this kind of pseudo-etched blackwork style but I also enjoy bright flashy stuff like anime pieces. If anyone's got suggestions to look into I'd appreciate it. I attached an example of the etched-ish blackwork from my portfolio and a WIP fake skin for an idea on what I like doing and kind of where I'm at. Thanks!
