Out of coverage area

So I don't live in a big city, outside of.the greater Cleveland area. I'm obviously not willing to drive to and from Cleveland for the work. When you search for a Tasker in my area it says out of coverage area even though my service.area is drawn around that entire area.
Is this a glitch? Should I just accept the pre drawn Cleveland area?
