Can't Task, Not Available in Area?

Task Rabbit let me sign up to be a tasker and took my money for a background check, but it isn't available in my area. At no time during signup did it mention that Task Rabbit wasn't available in my area. I wasn't getting any jobs so I tried to see who else was working in my area on the Task Rabbit app and to my surprise the app said it wasn't available in my area. What a let down. It's not like I'm in an unpopulated area. I'm in Daytona Beach.
