what’s holding me back?

I asked what’s holding me back and the sun came out upright. The interpretation of that is lost on me so i asked for clarification. The empress came out in reverse but it wasn’t clean enough so i put it back. She came out a second time. Please help!
My interpretation would be that i’m focused too much on happiness and enjoyment and not on the introspection it takes to achieve that. What do y’all think?
