Just tried customer service again. Was told my file will be sent off for review. Even the lady said my funds should have been sent. But she did say that they are processing things more quickly now. Also about a week ago I faxed off my paper work to my State Rep for my area but havnt heard anything back. Going to give it until Monday before I go to her office in person. Good Luck everyone.
