S&E TL here. We closed drive up tonight, the weather was just way too cold to have TMs running around out there. We still had a cart attendant I had to worry about so I req'd some gloves and other items out for him, told him to only do a few carts at a time and try and stay in as much as he could and be as warm as he could. I'm so glad to be in a position to be able to make our team members lives a little less miserable.

It's a hard job, as a leader you are given very limited resources to comfort your team and as many bad leaders as there are out there, there are still a handful of us who'd give anything to see smiles on our teams faces and we always work hard right alongside our team.

I read so many posts on here from TMs who complain about their leadership in their stores. If what you say is true, my heart goes out to you and I hope your leadership put your well being over metrics today when the weather was unusually chilly.
