So I just accepted a new job today :) I’m really excited because this is a job I always wanted but was told I would fail at.
Now it’s just quitting target. I came down with an infection last week so I had to call off for a week. My boss treated me sooo bad and made it known I was being a burden. Can’t decide how I want to quit
Update: I called today. A different TL answered and I explained why I was quitting. He didn’t apologize for what happened he just said okay and said they would reach back out for the process of quitting.
Thinking I’ll do the same honestly
Luckily my husband has a really good job :) I’m glad the month was a relief for you!!
I think I’m gonna take this idea and combine it with another one left on here. Call in sick, see how they handle it, then if they get crappy again use what you said
I think I’ll honestly quit 5 minutes before my shift for all the bs they’ve done

Why would I waste two weeks somewhere where I’m treated so bad when I can start my new job next week?
Sounds like from what others have told me, my Target didn’t want to tell me much so I wouldn’t step out of their control.
If no one had said anything on here about holiday pay I never would have questioned why it didn’t show up!
They want me to physically come in and resign
Thank you sm. I hope you’re doing well now that you left!
No idea. My husband thought it was insane too
No one ever taught me how to use workday. I don’t even know how to check and see how much I’m being paid
I will. So far I haven’t had to go in like they said. I’ll have to call and make sure they resigned me like I asked
I can do days! I’m doing day shift. My husband used to have this job so he said I would love it. It’s more low key and I’m able to do my homework when we aren’t busy.
Yes they did. They also told me I wasn’t allowed to download Workday on my phone or I would be fired :/

They never told me about holiday pay during orientation. This is the first time I’ve heard of it!
