It's quite a funny story but I got my picture taken for employee of the month by my HR. I didn't really think much of it because I felt pretty bad that day and I got covid again soon after. My co-worker told me actually I was it today which I was shocked by lol.
But anyway, I was just wondering, what does that mean? Do you get anything from it? Also, who decides that generally? Either way, I'm excited, grateful they noticed at least too. I've been working my a$$ off for the 7 months I've been there. Just generally curious, I feel a bit awkward asking now lol.
