This TL is infamous at my store for having a horrible attitude (and ALWAYS blaming it on the "bad day" he's having). I was 3.5 hours into my shift without having taken my break (I live in a hot, dry, desert state where it was 75 with no clouds today) so I got a cup of water from Tarbucks and was taking a moment to drink it. I had just cleared the lot of 99% of the carts that were out there minutes before, and this dude comes over to me and yells at me that I wasn't on my 15 so I should be working and not standing around. He didn't even bother pulling me aside, he shouted it in front of TM's and Guests.

Just wanted to vent

also i'm 17 and this dude is like mid 30's
