Like I get it's a busy work type of job, but come on basic reading comprehension should be required.
I'm on baby hardlines so I get it's a lot of different types of items from chems to food to bedding. I have the red aisle number signs, as well as laminated in depth description signs, giving item description and backroom Waco location range for items and I've had team members back stock incorrectly.
It wouldn't be so bad if it was like formula with the food or blue toddler cups with the pink toddler cups. But medicine with the food? Dish soap behind formula? Postpartum care with the baby wipes? Honestly, I will teach everyone how to read if they don't know.
