If y'all seasonals want to know a) if your being kept on b) if you have a chance of being kept on c) how/when you'll find out if you're being kept on, ask your freaking ETL HR, regular HR TM, ETL, or TL. Us Reddit people can't tell you if they are gonna keep you. You gotta talk to your store leadership at some point if you want a future with Target.
Just do your best and hope they keep you. If they don't, apply again next year. If they do, welcome to the Target family
