feeling unsafe working outside alone
Post Body

hello! Im curious about what I can do about this situation on a larger scale. today I was scheduled as MTR until closing, and where my store is located we have a lot of sketchy people & homeless people. For background info, I’m a 19 year old girl and I’m tiny!!! They tend to liger around the store and I can’t help but feel bad for them, but there’s 2-3 in particular that have gotten slightly violent and even one of them has followed my coworkers into the bathroom. I was okay with this until it got dark outside and i had nobody in line because I was told to let everyone in & not do head counts. I was left alone with her for a while and I expressed my discomfort to a leader and nothing was done... thankfully nothing happened and the person left but I was having a panic attack the entire time. I don’t mean to be dramatic but nobody was really keeping an eye on me and I can’t help to think how badly this could go.
