I have been working for target since Halloween. I received my first paycheck no problem. I have not received my second paycheck from the 15th yet. HR is looking into it and have said basically “no one knows why your pay is broken.” They have not given me an emergency voucher for cash, nor a check in person. I can’t get to work now because I have to use uber and they haven’t paid me. They’ve been working on it for 5 days. I’m in california and about to file a report with the labor board or something or go to lawyers that have worked for me before and present the issue to them.

What do I do?
