Great store great employees everyone is so nice it's wonderful. Actually I used to work there was there for a long time 2013-2020 wow long time. Loved being cash register person I like being in control. I let the guest dictate the transaction they r always right. U saw a sign for a $$ 20 dollar gift card well here you go. Here are two ten dollar cards cause the system won't let you give one over 20.

I knew if someone told me "Mike" you have to ask guest to sign up for red card that was an illusion. I simply didnt have the energy to keep asking guest. Id rather ask guest how they "Are" thats what matters

Also I had the fastest line. I keep things moving. I learned to question nothing. It simply makes the GUEST EXPERIENCE more enjoyable so they want to come back. Lol they probably want to come and see me

As a TEAM MEMBER I learned quickly that you do not have to scan every item the GUEST HAS. Usually I would scan every item a GUEST had however it was ultimately my decision to scan an item or not.

Typically during BACK TO SCHOOL WEEK i would'nt scan all the folders and stuff like that theres simply too many. I would just estimate how many the guest had in their cart. That was the proper way to process transaction caused less stress

In my role as SALES FLOOR TEAM MEMBER I alone determined how to process the GUEST transaction when they visited my register

Theres a reason why I was there at TARGET for so long I was happy there. I was not influenced by others in a negative light. I was the Beacon of Light there 2013-2020.

TARGET needs "Mike Reilly" to come back home to bring it into a new age of positive transformation for the benefit of all employees and GUESTS
