Me and one of the TLs were talking while I was finishing up my early morning GM shift (I’m usually fulfillment in the evenings but they ask me to help because I was a DBO a while back) and she said “you’re actually really great, I wish I had you all the time” jokingly I said “get our SD to give me another 50 cent and I’ll consider it” she says “they won’t even do that for me, why would they do it for you” and I responded “I’m not really stoked about gm so I’d need some convincing but I understand, they aren’t really fair with the money around here. Like how external TL hires get paid more” that’s when she says “I don’t have an opinion on that”. Bitch yes you do, stop drinking the kool aid. PS this TL was an internal promotion but I wasn’t thinking about that at the time.
