How many callouts is too many for a seasonal worker?

I'm never late and do a good job while i'm there and my TL regularly tells me I do a great job. At my store someone NCNS 4x and didnt get fired. How many callouts is too many for a seasonal employee in your opinion? Not trying to skimp on work or play hookie just curious about what others think.
