Starbucks hat doesn't fit and they still expect me to wear it.

Like, it legit doesn't fit my head. Not to mention, I have curly natural short hair so the material on the tab part pulls and rips at my hair constantly.
There is a store visit today that wasn't communicated to me and now the manager is upset at me for trying to make shift an attachment to the fucking straps.
