Target and all the TMs at my store has been every bit as welcoming, accepting, and kind as you all told me they would be. I'm beyond ecstatic, it feels amazing to finally have a job where I'm able to be fully and completely ME. I never thought I'd be so excited to have a retail job before. But as someone who came out as trans last year and started hrt in January and has been afraid to work since, Target has been an absolute Godsend. (Ps right after I took this I asked them about the having my pronouns on my name tag and they let me make a label!)
