I got hired for Fulfillment expert about 50 days ago and it’s going bad. At the time Tech was not hiring. Recently 2 people quit from tech and need positions filled asap. Since I’ve rolled over about 5-10 times while I’m under my 90 days i really want to change into tech. I do information technology for my career and this is only my side job. My ETL won’t change me and wants to keep me regardless if i roll. I know it’s bad for her and her TLs and lowers our time. I explained to everyone that I’m effecting the store numbers and they don’t seem to budge and they said I’m on the edge of getting fired but won’t change my position.

I need advice on this. I want to do tech but ETL won’t let it happen.
