So I know I have complained on here before about being forced to work in GM during the holidays and after my parental leave. I was never asked nor did I volunteer for that. I was kept out of my area (fulfillment) by my ETL because they didn't want to hire a DBO during the holiday season because reasons. I kept stating a concern that I was being slowly forced towards taking the DBO position to my SD and he kept brushing it off saying that wasn't the case. They just needed me more during the holidays and hired a bunch of fulfillment people instead. I just got back from my leave and all of my shifts are in GM. Not even a split shift in fulfillment. I was upset. I vented on reddit. I was approached today by the TL that is over chem in specific telling me that the reason for this was that I was going to have a conversation with my ETL about making me the DBO of Chem. I never wanted this. I have stated on many occasions that I have no desire to work in chem. I don't like the leadership because they are unprofessional and it wouldn't work. Plus fulfillment is what I love. I am worried that he will kill my hours if I refuse or even worse let me go. The TL hinted that it may be illegal as well as I am being forced out of my position right after coming off of a protected leave. Is there anything I should know or look into before my meeting with my ETL and am I wrong for thinking that I'm being screwed over here?
