Does anyone know at what level we get new equipments?

At first, I thought that equipments will be given at every 25 levels like level 25,50,75 and so on....but now after my 1st prestige i still haven't got any equipments and currently i am at level 33. So can anyone please tell what is criteria for new equipments?
