Hello everyone.

Well, I'm with a big problem in my TT account. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6, running Android 6.0.1, and recently I had to format my phone, to fix some bugs, and after re-install the game, my Cloud save just gone...

I contacted Gamehive, and they said that my previous account cannot be restore, and that I have to start all over again...

That's is a big bad news, but they said that they'll give me all my stuffs back in the new account, I just need to send them my Diamond and Relics Count and Player Stats/Level from the old acc.

Well then, I thought...They sent me this link of a reddit post to read and get the info needed, but I readed it and when I open my .adat file, there are a lots of zero where it should be the numbers of my acc.

Am I doing something wrong? Can you please help me to find my info to get my stuffs back?

EDIT: When I open Yatto, even before I login in my acc, it's with my last data. Is there any chance that Yatto saved any file in my phone that I can use? And how do I get this file?
