My save file (250- 300 hours-ish) that was last opened about a year ago, no longer works. After loading my cloud save the game crashes.

Gamehive support : "Unfortunately we are unable to recover accounts that were operating on an older Cloud Save model..."

Fortunately, gamehive has been so kind to offer help regarding the issue.

Gamehive Support : "..help you progress a new account to where your old account previously was."

Since I have a couple of maxed artifacts and a few high leveled ones, tapped countless number of fairies, completed most (if not all) "achievements" and joined plenty of tourneys, my question is, is there any way to find : -the previous levels of my artifacts? -a way to calculate the total amount of relics spent on the upgrades? -the total amount of diamonds consumed on reseting the artifact? -number of prestiges? -tournament points? -my previously equipped items?
