Question about artifact

Hello guys ! I've done my first prestige at 105 and got 24 relic, used all of them to get as much t1 artifact as i can : Undead Aura lv 2 Death Seeker lv 1 Worldly Illuminator lv 1 Drunken Hammer lv1
Should i start to focus on upgrading them or try to collect other t1/t2 artifact ?
