Best tapping technique

so when you're hitting a boss or something and you want to squeeze even the last tap into every second you can how do you tap? how many fingers and in what position :D , just curious about the technique people use i personally tap with two fingers on my right hand and one on the left cause i'va found that when i use more fingers my dps goes down
