Orgasm and orgasmic energy
Post Body

Hi everyone! I'm male, 28, and quite new to tantra. I want to explore it as it seems to be a way to revive my sexuality and expand it to new dimensions.

So I've read books like 'the multiorgasmic man' or 'the enlightened sex manual' to learn the techniques in which you draw the sexual energy up into your body instead of ejaculating. The problem is:

I can't feel the sexual energy in my body when I do the breathing and pc muscle squeezing exercises described in the books. I can feel it in my genital area when I'm aroused, but I can't really conduct it to other places. The sexual energy is supposed to be breathed up the spine into the brain. Does it just need a lot of time until I feel something? Or do I need to imagine the movement of the energy harder?

Also, I can't figure out the right moment to squeeze the pc muscle in the big draw exercise. 'the multiorgasmic man' says it's the moment between the contractile phase orgasm and the ejaculation orgasm, right before the point of no return. The contractile phase is supposed to be the moment when the prostate contractions happen, whereas the ejaculation is when the penis contracts. For me it feels more like they happen at the same time. I have managed to stop ejaculation, but the penis was contracting, so it was probably just a retrograde. Other examples in the book say they just relax into the contractile phase orgasm, enjoying the prostate contractions, but not falling into the ejaculatory phase. I haven't figured out that either, as I either stop to early and nothing happens, or I stop too late and everything happens without my control.

Is there maybe someone who has gone through this process and now feels his sexual energy and is able to move it into the body and brain, instead of ejaculating? How have you managed to achieve these goals? When did you start to feel the energy? How did you manage to control it during orgasm? I would love to hear from some personal experiences, so I could maybe find out what's the trick for me. Thanks!
