I don't know what it is about Tame Impala.

I have been obsessed with Kevin Parkers music for years now and the obsession, if anything, has only grown. It is like Kevin has been chasing a thread, digging for something deeper sonically, and the more you listen to it the more that falls into place, the more attached you become to that same thread. I get the feeling that Kevin doesn't just enjoy making music but is feverishly obsessively digging and wants to bring you into that same head space.

I wish I could express to KP what this music has done for me without sounding like a crazed fan. What he has created with these 3 records is bigger then one person. It is an idea, a wave that was unearthed by an obsessive Australian kid and we are all the better for it.
