Is my growth slowing down?

I was 5ā4 at 11, 5ā7 at 12, 5,10 at 13 6ā0 when I turned 14 and now Iām 6 months into being 14 and Iām only 6ā1. Also I think I hurt my back sometime a while ago and Iām worried I stunted my growth doing that.
