Why do so many men on dating apps assume I’m lying about my height?!

I received a message from a guy saying that I must wear heels frequently. I was confused because nowhere in my profile do I mention anything about heels. When I asked him to clarify he said that the height (179cm/5’10.5”) I had listed in my profile couldn’t possibly be right. He insisted that I must have measured wrong and I just ended up blocking him. I consider myself to be moderately tall for a woman and don’t understand why so many men are blown away by my height.
