I realized my T doesn’t know much about me (been to like 10-15 sessions). It’s mostly on me because I am not good at sharing. Can I ask her to ask me any questions she would like to get to know me better.

From what I gather therapists usually wait clients to bring things up but I think it will be better for me if she bring things up and the best way seemed to me is if she ask me questions.
